Biography

Dr. Omolekan lectures at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He has over a decade of experience as a lecturer both in Private and Public Universities in Nigeria. He has served at different capacities as an Academic Adviser, Departmental clearance officer, Departmental Examination Officer, and a member of different committees in the University.  He has nurtured and mentored many graduates on research analytical skills and the usage of analytical techniques software. He specialized in Operations Research and General Management. 

He has served as a reviewer to many academic journals within and outside the shores of Nigeria. A facilitator at many academic discourses and an entrepreneurial coach. He has published in reputable national and international journals with papers read at many academic conferences.
